Felix is creating a 6 course tasting menu to go with 6 wines from the many New World regions.
Andy will be discussing the beautiful Wines Hallgarten & Novum have on their books and explain a little bit about what makes each of them special. Felix has been working to create a tasting menu to highlight both the wines and the best of local British food.
