All eGift vouchers will be despatched to the email address provided upon reciept of payment. Please allow 24 hours for your voucher to come through and don't forgot to check your junk/spam folder. If the voucher has not arrived then please feel free to contact us here.

Physical vouchers can be paid for and collected in the restaurant. If you would like us to post your voucher out to you then please note there is a £1.50 postage fee for first class delivery with royal mail. Once the voucher has been posted with Royal Mail, Restaurant 209 Limited takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the voucher through the mailing system. Please allow for 3-5 working days for your voucher to arrive in the post. If it has not arrived, contact us here.
